Purpose

This site presents Silkworm 2047, a free video game, and lets you create and manage accounts, check the leaderboard and player profiles, see public rooms and download the game with a verified account.

Using the site means accepting this legal notice, the terms of use and the privacy policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Silkworm 2047 name, logo, illustrations, texts, design and code of the site and the game belong to the owner or are used under licence from their authors. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission, except for uses allowed by law.

Silkworm 2047 is an unofficial remake inspired by the 1988 video game Silkworm. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the rights holders of the original game, whose trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party resources (3D models, typefaces, libraries, audio and platform logos) are used under their licences; the attributions they require are on the credits page.

Liability

The owner strives to keep information accurate and the service available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or loss of game data.

The owner is not liable for misuse of the site or for content users publish against the terms of use, without prejudice to removing it once aware of it.
